What is Matcha?

Matcha is a specially cultivated green tea leaf, processed by pulverizing the leaves into a fine, bright green powder. It originated in China, but the best matcha now comes from Japan. Matcha usually comes in three levels of ceremonial grade, a culinary grade, or a sweetened blend. It has a very unique and earthy taste that is enjoyed by many.

Add simple syrups, switch out different milks, and experiment between hot and iced matcha to create your new favorite drink!
